Principles of immunoprofylaxis (active and passive immunization, post – vaccination complications, possible solutions to reduce occurence the incidence of post-vaccination complications in vaccination, immunity control). 7. Organization of prevention and control of infectious diseases. Animal health control in Slovakia. Hierarchy of control authorities in veterináry field. Veterinarian of the first contact: an ambulance of veterinary hospital. Infectious vs. non-infectious patient. 5. Rapid tests in diagnostics of infectious diseases of dogs. Rapid tests in the diagnostics of infectious diseases of cats. Test for dermatomycoses (Microsporum and Trichophyton). 6. Taking of samples, processing and sendig samples of biological material to veterinary laboratories. 7. Veterinary care of infectious (hospitalized) patient. 8.
