By completing the study subject, the student will master the necessary knowledge of the latest knowledge from the field of veterinary dentistry in relation to the solved problem. He will acquire the necessary knowledge about the comprehensive approach to the patient with the given disease and the diagnosis and therapy of dental diseases included oncological diseases | |

Dental diseases; orthodontics and endodontics; analgesics in dentistry; trauma of teeth and maxilla and mandible, tumors of the oral cavity, periodontology, restorative dentistry. |

Veterinary stomatolgy and maxilo – facial surgery. Rozsah výučby: 1/2 Winter semester: Lectures 1 hr. 1. Oral anatomy and histology. Oral radiology. 2. Periodontology I: Pathophysiology and microbiology. Parodontology II.: Routine periodontal treatment. Management of the oral health. 3. Parodontolgy III.: Advanced periodontal therapy. 4. Oral inflammatory diseases in cats. 5. Ortodontics 6. Oral surgery I: Exodontics. 7. Oral surgery II: Maxilofacial trauma. 8. Oral surgeryIII.: Palate surgery. 9. Oral surgery IV.: Oral tumors. 10. Conservative dentistry I.: .: equipment and materials. 11. Conservative dentistry II.: Prostodontics 12. Conservative dentistry III.: Endodontics 13. Rabit and rodent dentistry Lessons 2 hrs.: 1/ Dental equipment. 2/ Oral radiology, views, differencial diagnosis. 3/ Routine periodontal profylaxis. 4/ Surgical periodontal treatment. 5/ Orthodonticj therapy. 6/ Conservative and surgical exodontics. 7/ Oral surgery: technics, therapy soft and hard tissues. 8/ Surgery of oral tumors: mandibulectomy, maxilectomy. 9/ Stomatological materials and handling. 10/ Therapy of of hard tooth tissues. 11/ Standard endodontic therapy 12/ Surgical endodontic therapy. 13/ Rabit and rodent dentistry. |
