CONDITIONS FOR COMPLETION OF COURSE
Completing the subject requires active participation in practical exercises - one absence without compensation is allowed and the possibility of replacing the university exercise with a maximum of two excused absences is also possible. Pregnant students cannot take part in practical exercises.
Learning outcomes
The promotion of physical fitness as a major benefit to health promotion and health maintenance, perceptual‐cognitive expertise in sport and its acquisition. The movement program includes: aerobic activities, strength activities, activities by focusing training on dexterity and mobility, preventive exercises encouraging a healthy spine, practicing physical activities towards improving the quality of life of young adults.

Course syllabus
Physical education is an optional subject for all grade levels and for all full-time and part-time study programs at the university. Students can choose from the following physical activities: tabata training, badminton, table tennis, football, fitness training, pilates exercises, frisbee activities, and volleyball. Teaching begins with an informative lesson, identification of individual starting points, and continues with the improvements of body movement and coordination abilities towards individual skills, by gradually increasing the level of theoretical knowledge, especially by directly practicing a specific sport. It follows from the above that the goal can be achieved with regular two-hour exercises, in blocks or during training exercises.
