Faculty of AgriSciences, Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic Zemědělská 1665/1 613 00 Brno, Czech republic 2020 2020 The aim of mobility - training within the framework of ERASMUS+ at the Institute of Food Technologies of the Faculty of Agriculture of Mendel University was the exchange of new knowledge of science, research and education in the field of food and agricultural sciences (dairy semi-operation, bakery, confectionery workshop). It also included the study of methodologies in the field of liquid chromatography (e.g. biogenic amines in ripening cheeses, phthalates in dairy products and packaging materials; organic acids in cheeses and fruit juices, etc.) and gas chromatography (e.g. determination of fatty acids in dairy products) and a proposal for scientific and pedagogical cooperation in the field of food technology. Work plan: Study: 1. Production and quality of animal products (milk and milk products). 2. Food analysis: liquid and gas chromatography. 3. Quality management systems and food safety. 4. Activities in plant commodity laboratories (bakery, confectionary workshop) and in a semi-dairy operation.
