Po absolvovaní semestra študent vie, ako sa delí obsah vody v tele, pozná termíny vnútrobunková a mimobunková voda. Pozná biologické procesy difúzia a osmóza. Vie popísať lymfatický systém, jeho zloženie a funkcie. Pozná zloženie kože a jej funkcie, pozná kožné pomocné orgány - exokrinné žľazy umiestnené v koži. Vie popísať niektoré ochorenia spôsobené parazitmi ako Trichinella spiralis, popísať vývoj parazita a príznaky ochorenia, ktoré vyvoláva, poznať preventívne opatrenia a liečbu. Bude schopný porozprávať o druhoch mäsa, spracovaní a dozrievaní, o vedľajších produktoch získaných od zvierat. |
