Study plan of a postgraduate student consists of the study part and the scientific part.

Scientific part represents 2/3 of the study programme. It is carried out systematically, by individual activities and team activities in science and research, focused on the dissertation topic. The study also includes an active participation of a student in conferences, seminars, as well as publication activities.

The timetable of the experimental activity is contained in the individual study plan, which is drawn up by the doctoral student's supervisor.

During the study, a postgraduate student receives credits for the individual creative activities in the field of science (publications, experimental activities, completion of a defined stage in the student’s own research work, etc.).
