PODMIENKY NA ABSOLVOVANIE PREDMETU
Students have to actively participated on practical lessons. During the semester, they have to pass dissection oral tests. First part of dissection oral test takes place in 7th week of semester. Second part of dissection oral test takes place in 13th week of semester. The final exam takes place in written form.
Výsledky vzdelávania
Students will receive by completing the subject a basic knowledge of the cardiovascular, nervous system, skin, and sensory organs of domestic animals. They receive the basics of the anatomy of domestic birds and laboratory animals. Part of the lessons consists of histology of selected organs. Students will receive knowledge in relation to interspecies differencies. They obtain the basics of dissection as well.
Stručná osnova predmetu
Students solve the cardiovascular and nervous system. Subsequently, they study the anatomy of skin and sensory organs. Also, anatomy of the birds and laboratory animals are solved during semester. Sylabus includes interspecies differences of domestic mammals, birds, and laboratory animals. Part of the subject solves the histology of selected organs.

1st week
General description of the cardiovascular system. The heart and blood circulations, the pericardium, Interspecies differences.
2nd week
The arteries and veins of the body, neck and head. The aorta, tr. brachiocephalicus,a. carotis communis and their branches. V. cava cranialis, v. cava caudalis, v. portae. Interspecies differences.
3rd week
The arteries and veins of the thoracic limb. The arteries and veins of the pelvic limb. Interspecies differences.
4th week
General description of the nervous system. The brain and the cranial nerves. Interspecies differences.
5th week
The spinal cord. The rise and division of the spinal nerves. The autonomic nervous system. Interspecies differences.
6th week
The plexus brachialis and plexus lumbosacralis. Interspecies differences.
7th week
The sensory organs, epidermal structures and mammary gland. Interspecies differences.
8th week
The anatomy of the domesticated birds. Interspecies differences.
9th week
The anatomy of the laboratory animals. Interspecies differences.
10th week
The veterinary histology. Endocrine end respiratory systems.
11th week
The veterinary histology. Nervous system.
12th week
The veterinary histology. Sensory organs.
13th week
The lymphatic system and endocrine glands.
