PODMIENKY NA ABSOLVOVANIE PREDMETU
Active participation at the practical exercises is a basic condition for successful completion of the course. Students may miss at the maximum three practical’s per semester, one may be omitted without compensation; the others must be substituted according to an agreement with the teacher. In the case of non-participation at the practical’s, compensation for the student is in form written the issue of the given exercise and then defend it. The student is also required to attend at least 70% of the lectures this semester. Successful completed credit test scheduled in the middle of the semester is also a condition for passing the subject this semester and final exam.
Výsledky vzdelávania
After passing semester, the student must know: - analytical procedures and evaluations of metabolic transformation and transformation of nutrients, - the regulatory mechanisms of adaptation of homeostatic and homeoretic regulation of metabolism, - the causes and pathogenesis of nutritionally related disorders of health, production and reproduction, - the principles of nutritional prevention of production health. Student has knowledge about analytical principles and biological control of phase nutrition of food animals. He will use the obtained knowledge in the management of nutrition, production, and health processes according to knowledge of nutritional, metabolic and production needs using biochemical analyzes.
Stručná osnova predmetu
The subject includes evaluation of the relationship: nutrition and feeding - fermentation - digestion - absorption - metabolism - production and reproduction, in relation to the physiological and reproductive phases. Nutritional and dietetic evaluations of feeds and rations. Specific feed interactions, analysis of nutrition level and feeding method for feed intake, enzymatic digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, fats; their absorption, transformation, and use. The evaluation and management of fermentation processes, GIT eubiosis and its nutritional health and production interactions. The influence of feeds on the morphological and functional development of GIT indigestion and nutritional prevention. Evaluation of phase nutrition of animals, its effect on intermediary metabolism, interaction of nutrients and their metabolic transformation from the point of view of manifestation of nutritional, production and health burden. Knowing and evaluating the impact of metabolic load in organ disorders of animals and the possibility of clinical nutrition in their treatment. Application of the principles of clinical nutrition in the correction of nutritional and metabolic stresses.
