Po ukončení semestra študent ovláda odbornú medicínsku terminológiu. Vie vysvetliť, čo ktorý termín znamená, vie popísať vybavenie laboratória a popísať destiláciu vody a tiež destilačný prístroj. Pozná rôzne typy buniek, ich zloženie, funkcie a životný cyklus bunky - rozmnožovanie. Ovláda základné termíny z anatómie a fyziológie , vie popísať a porovnať tráviaci systém u rôznych druhov zvierat - tráviaci systém u prežúvavcov, zvierat s jednoduchým žalúdkom, tráviaci systém u koní aj vtákov. Ovláda terminológiu fyziológie trávenia.
