PODMIENKY NA ABSOLVOVANIE PREDMETU
The requirement for successful graduation of this subject is to obtain a credit and pass the final exam.The credit will be obtained after 100% attendances at practice and after successful identifiaction and description of chosen microscopical and macroscopical slides. The absences have to be compensated. Necropsy will be compensated by necropsy with other groups. The absence of histological training will be compensated by drawing of histological pictures and examination of texts from practical manuscript
Výsledky vzdelávania
The student will obtain knowledge about the causes and mechanisms of pathological lesions, which are included in special pathology. He will be familiar with necropsy procedures. Students will take necropsies of mammals and poultry as well. The student will be able to identify the morphological and histological changes observed in different organs systems.
Stručná osnova predmetu
Pathology of respiratory system, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal system, hepatobiliary system, hemopoetic system, urinary and reproductive systems, nervous system, skin and mammary gland.
Sylabus predmetu
LECTURES 2 hours/week
1. Pathology of the circulatory system (heard, vessels)
2. Pathology of the respiratory system (nasal cavity, larynx, trachea)
3. Pathology of the respiratory system (bronchi, lungs)
4. Pathology of the alimentary system (mouth, esophagus, stomach, rumen)
5. Pathology of the alimentary system (intestines)
6. Pathology of the liver and biliary system
7. Pathology of the haemopoietic system (blood cells, bone marrow, lymph nodes, spleen)
8. Pathology of the urinary system (kidney, urinary bladder)
9. Pathology of the female genital system
10. Pathology of the male genital system
11. Pathology of the musculoskeletal system (muscles, bones, joints)
12. Pathology of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves)
13. Pathology of skin
